hmm...interesting question.

the distance between Earth and the moon is 384,403 km. Which if you convert to mm, you get 384,403,000,000 mm. and if you say that each lil sugar thing is a mm big, then it takes 384,403,000,000 sugar spec(i donno what to call it) to get to the moon. Now, how many cups depends on how big your cup is.

No, it's a physics/chemistry question. How much force do you need to reach the moon, and how much energy can you get from burning sugar as fuel to create enough force to get to the moon. BTW, it's not a silly question at all. This thread is for silly questions, not for help with homework.

Color is relative. The actual color really is blue, because blue "color" corresponds to the exitations (rayleigh scattering) of the molecules in the atmosphere.

oooh!! we had to that for our psych class!!

i went up to random strangers on the bus and was like, "um...can i sit in that seat." they would think i am talking about the seat next to them, but then i would be like, "no, the one you are sitting in" and they would look all uncomfortable and ish at me...
