For breakfast I had a frittata that had potatoes/parsley/spices in it, it was really good.

Actually, it's not that bad. You get used to it.
No time for breakfast again today, so I just grabbed another meal replacement drink. This one is called Glucerna and is for people with diabetes.
I dunno why we have a case of this stuff in our house... nobody has diabetes.
I think my dad just didn't read it properly.
