I didn't go to the gym today and I Feel so rubbish

I did go for the induction though, and nick (the dude giving me the induction) came up with a little work out plan for me to do, and when i start to feel that isn't enough then i have to go back to him and he'll give me something more challenging.
15 mins on the bike as a warm up
20 mins on this stepper-ey thing, but your feet go sideways?
20-25 mins on the cross trainer
and then i do squats on the power plate, as many as i can in 30 seconds and i repeat this three times.
and a "lazy W" on the power plate too, where i hold the position for 30 seconds and once again repeat three times.
and also i have to do the "plank" using the power plate. (30 seconds and repeat 3 times)
then using the gym ball i do sit ups. 3 sets of 10.
and then i have to lie on my back and lift the gym ball using my legs and i'm not allowed to let the ball touch the floor. This is to tone mye lower abdomen. I once again do three sets of 10.
And finally, lie on my front and raise myself around 45degrees from the floor to tone my lower back. This is 3 sets of 12.
Hmmm...hopefully i shall stick to this work out. Hopefully I'll have a nice flat tummy in time for August! And if I'm lucky, by september I'll be 8/9 stone!
Oooh, and good news, I weighed myself this morning and I was just under 10 stone. So I think my scales are broke. I wasn't really 10 and a half stone (lol)
