Check the nutrition information . Boots Shapers Houmous and Chargrilled Vegetable sandwhich -4.6g fat, 265(or thereabouts) cals

Ok so the sandwhich has bread= carbs= higher cal. And onion rings are just maize (i think). BUT the crisps are so much less(g) than a sandwhich. Its like eating not much, but similar fat content to a sandwhich.
This confuses me. Greatly.

Oh and i cant remember what the Reccomended Daily Allowance for calories is (its different for men and women but its roughly 2000), but i but i think you can find it written on the side of Kellogs ceral boxes

how to loose weight and be healthier?

2-3 times a week workout for 30 min - 1 hour.

Instead of snacks eat fruits between the meals.

Drop all the sweets.

Drop all the suggery drinks, coke and that unhealthy stuff and drink tea. If you feel the lack of concentration, than just one glas of milk with one table spoon honey will doo wonders (it also helps the diggetion). Take it in the middle of the day.

Eat 3 times a day, don't miss breakfast. Eat what ever you like, rise, vegetables, meat, salads, tuna. Just consume bread and meat in normal proportions, meaning, bread for breakfast, meat only with the lunch (awoid it for the supper).


After some time you will realize you don't have the hunger attacks and that you are shrinking.

I'm trying to lose weight
Uni has made me into a size 10/12...which is schocking
when i was a 8/10
which i WANT to get back to
Insh'Allah I really want to work on my stomach and arms 'cuz thats where it's all gone
I signed up to the gym yesterday and did a quick 20 mins on the treadmill
And did about an hour of cardio today, got back home and skateboarded with my sister for about 10 minutes
Going to go to the gym tomorrow morning insh'allah and going to sign up to some classes =D
yoga insh'allah and theres a couple of dance classes that a friend of my mums is interested in but doesn't have a partner.
Gym at LEAST three times a week, and try to fit in the gym around other duties.
Also I WILL EAT HEALTHILY (insh'Allah)
(its take-away night tonight )

today i went to the gym and did 30 mins of cardio and then like 45 mins of this "drums Alive" class where you basically get a power ball and some drumsticks and do aerobics. you get to play drums on the ball.
