its an arab spice...im not sure what it is in english. it doesnt have a strong flavor at all, just a tiny bit sour...so im sure it would taste exactly the same if you left it out haha.

My dad brought home some fresh fish steaks from the Korean market. Two fish heads and tails came in the bag too. It was kind of creepy .

WAAAHOOO!!! I tried out this "baked fried chicken" recipe, made a few additions and subtractions of my own and it has turned out sooooo good alhamdulillah, mashallah.

here's a pic, ill post the recipe later if anyone wants it...right now i'm off to devour it with yellow tomato rice

edit: the veggies are onions, green peppers, peas and corn. Random, I know

jellymill...that looks so good mashallah!! can you post the recipe (plus the changes you made )?

heba...i love it too! ive never tried it on eggs...hmm. i always put it on salad and sometimes add it to recipes for chicken or fish.

I think I know what you're talking about. Is it sometimes sprinkled on top of hummus? I had hummus today and there was this spice on top in the same colors as you described.
