I'm in the middle of making Pao Bhaji - an Indian street dish which is the vegetarian equivalent to something like Bun Kabob. Anyway, its not looking so good. LOL...

Supposedly Pao Bhaji is supposed to look like mush . Anyway, it actually turned out great. My parents liked it. My dad doesn't lie about food - if it sucks, he says so loud and clear. My friend liked it too and her mom is an expert at making Pao Bhaji.

I also made kulfi. I'm going to give that out tomorrow, so we'll see what the response is then.

i have a round roast hanging out in the oven and i'm kinda clueless about how it's going to turn out. i seared it stovetop first and then stuck in in a 250 oven...indefinitely. has anyone done roasts before and wanna tell me what to expect? oh and i put it on a bed of onions. thanks!

I haven't done ceaser as I'm not too fond of it, but I have done various Italian dressings and vinagrettes...

i made the best tilapia yesterday and it only took like 10 minutes total! alhamdulillah

i think this might replace cereal on days when i dont feel like doing a lot of work to cook. its healthier too.

I made a big fat omelette stuffed with green peppers, tomatoes, onions, green chilies, salt, cumin powder and garam masala (just a tiny pinch). And I had it with brown bread.

Except for the omelette being fried part, I hope that was pretty healthy...cuz it sure was good
