I've half a can of tomato paste leftover and I don't know what to do with it. It won't go bad if I refrigerate it and decide to use 5 days later, will it? It'll be such a waste to throw it away

Any tips?

jaani - it should be fine if you put it in the fridge. don't keep it in the can though, put it in a container or bowl and keep it covered.

teehee, i know that! I mean I had it leftover right now and I don't need to be cooking anything at this time of the night. So I thought I had save it up for something else

assalamu alaykum

yesterday I made oven baked chicken pieces (marinated - store bought ) with a potatoe, aubergine and tomatoe dish. (with salad, naturally

today I made chicken biryani and it was good, alhamdulilah.

Don't know what to cook tomorrow....maybe chicken with pasta...or...salan?

(yes, chicken has to be in every dish!)

I made that today, and it tastes really good. Did you serve it with a sauce?

The recipe I used said to serve it with ketchup or chutney so I just had it with ketchup.

lol.. when i saw that I was like 'did she just steal my picture?' cuz my potato cutlets look just like that, minus the coriander flecks

I just reorganized my mom's big plastic container of Easy Everyday Cooking recipe cards. I usually like to go through it and pick something that looks good and just make it....that's how I got part of my pizza recipe and how I began to make awesome lemon bars (alhamdulillah ). Aaaaand she just said I could have them!
