So the beef brisket thing was a hit. I ended up cooking it in the oven in a tangy sauce with aluminum foil covering the pan on about 400.. after it was nice and tender i cut it up and put it on toasted hoagie rolls with gouda, swiss, and cheddar cheese and lettuce, tomato, peppers, onions .

^ i was going to suggest something similiar. i really like peanut butter and jam on toast in the morning with some milk or tea. precut fruit (cut and refridgerate night before) is also really yummy.
