masoor pulao is great. my mom's family makes that often, and they're bombay folks.
anyway, i love masoor pulao with boiled, lightly fried on the outside eggs. yum.

and dramarani, a pressure cooker isn't required. you can just boil the sabid masoor daal the regular way, it might take a bit longer though.

I don't cook, AT ALL. I need step by step directions. If you have the recipe for masoor pulao, I'd love it.

-Cube the boneless chicken, fry them in oil until the chicken has turned white.
-Pour in the buffalo wing sauce, a lil bit of hot sauce (your preference), and a bit of garlic powder.
-Cook the chicken till it's tender.
-Boboli's Pizza Crust or make your own.
-For sauce i used ranch dressing since blue cheese gets to heavy.
-Add the chicken and any vegetables you would like to.
-Top it off with cheese and put it in the oven for 10 mins.

soo easy and soo yummy.

incase you're wondering...right after the dawat..i hit the books to catch up with lost valuable time and my exams went alright too.al hamdoulilah. ()

shadha-
me too. i love picnics! i have OCD when it comes to foodborne illness.. so i didnt add any mayonnaise until it was lunch time. but i had everything else prepared. it was fun! shadha, you shud've been there.

TODAY'S MENU:
i made 3 layered rice* with chicken korma and side dish: daal.

even though, it was my new experiment..it turned out really good al hamdoulilah. (thats what i think)

i can never tell when is everyone being frank with me. they said, they loved it. (I hope so hehehehe)

thanks for the lil recipes. i don't really cook. but when presented with extreme cases of hunger, i've been known to prove to my family that i'm not completely useless in the kitchen and i'll make something from scratch (the first time i made a roti was because i was hungry and pissed off), so i would have actually used this recipe, but i found some open late joint around my way, and yes, i'm taking the easy way out. thanks again though. maybe next time.
