defrosted them

in a bowl, beat one egg
added garlic powder
oregano
parsley (i wasgonna do basil but ran out)
black pepper

then beat some more and added grated parmesan

coated defrosted fish in a whole bunch of lemon juice

dipped it into the egg and cheese mixture

then into bread crumbs

it's tricky, you have to work to kinda stick the mixture on the fish..but it ends up working out with some effort. like it's not self stick by any means..and you absolutely need the mixture on it for taste, duh

and then i put it on a skillet but i realized it wasnt really cooking the fish inside so im broiling it now

it better be good
i just finished making that today too..but i didnt use egg..instead of black pepper i used white pepper..and fried it on the stove in a little oil

but it didnt come out good it tasted ok and rather bland

assalamu alaykum

I'm cooking ma'luba (or maglooba) tonight insha Allah - chicken, rice, aubergines, potatoes and cauliflower. Let's hope it's good insha Allah, cos when it's good it's AMAZING

edit: I don't usually take a liking to my own food due to inhaling it for 2 hours, but it was DELICIOUSSS, right cooking time, right amounts despite no measurements, masha Allah masha Allah, and enough left over for tomorrow (think I've earnt a day off after the oil splashed on me!)

I have chicken breast at home and i'm very undecided about what to make with it tomorrow. I don't wanna make desi food, so i'm thinking Italian or something else. i dunno.

i'm thinking of Tuscan Garlic Chicken
