Re: The Art of Cooking
For all those girls who spend the entire day working or at school, how do you find the energy to come home and make these 3 course meals?

i don't know anyone who can churn on amazing meals everyday, no matter how unbusy they are. i think most people who love to cook still have "off days" where dinner is a sandwich and juice lol.
if it's a lack of time/energy problem, slowcookers can make amazing things. if not, then having portions of meat in ziplock bags that you can defrost in the fridge in the morning seriously helps, especially if it's boneless cubed chicken breast. so many combinations. stirfrys + steamed rice. chicken fajitas that just need some grilling. premade sauce + pasta.
and if that still seems like a lot of work, making something like a stew or lasagna on a free day and freezing it can work too. good luck!

i added a lil too much salt..but still was good and very filling..i didnt use blue cheese instead used ranch dressing as the sauce since its not too heavy.
