why do they have to put meat in everything?

I just finished making Lamb biryani, and chappli kabobs.
My abu jee loves lamb, and so I'm trying to make a lot of lamb dishes for him before he leaves.

I made chicken kebsa/zirbiyan today. I don't have a picture of the finished product. I was going to take a picture when I got home, but it was already put away. I just took pics as I went along.
