Anything can be unhealthy. For me, frozen yogurt and fruit is a way to fulfill a craving without having to feel guilty or make drastic cuts in that days meal plan to afford it.

For me, if I want a cold, sweet ice cream treat, I'll pick the frozen yogurt, save myself 40 calories, and 5 grams of fat, which I will promptly replace with 1 tsp of Hershey's chocolate syrup

They key to anything is portion control. You get one, and only one, scoop of ice cream. Scoops work best I find. Then you can add strawberries, a banana, and a tsp (measured) of chocolate syrup.
Oh, and don't do it every day.
