I still can't believe how long you guys do cardio for. What's an arc trainer?

Today are legs, I'm gonna try to do the squats at the un-stabilized station... fingers crossed.

I can't explain it, but you can Google it. Its really, really good for cardio, in my opinion. I felt that I was working harder on that machine than the elliptical. Oh and there's no pressure on the knees.

Edit: The pic was ridiculously huge, but just click here to see: http://www.oek.dk/vtg/Billeder/Maski...rainer%202.JPG

I can't explain it, but you can Google it. Here's a decent pic of it. Its really, really good for cardio. I felt that I was working hard on that machine than the elliptical. Oh and there's no pressure on the knees.
You should try jumping rope. It's much better than most machines

I *might* attend the 7 pm yoga class at my gym. I suck at yoga, so I don't go, but I like doing it.

Totally random, but my [ex]classmate used to and still does compete in jump rope competitions. She can do some crazy stuff.

I've been walking for the past 3 days, it takes me about 15 minutes. I only take the shuttle in the afternoon. I'm too tired to walk by then.

Anyway, the arc trainer looks like an elliptical supported from the outside... what's the key difference?

They seem to do it for the better part of an hour. I usually stick to the high intensity stuff, so I only do it for fifteen minutes or so... beyond 20 minutes and it'd be counter productive to lifting weights so I've been told.

So I managed to do the un-stabilized squats last night, though all the while, some old guy was waiting impatiently for the station. With pleasure I took my proper rest breaks. He could've worked in if he'd asked, but pacing around huffing and puffing isn't gonna get you anywhere.

I could've done more reps or more weight, but I'm still getting the form down. It's not the most comfortable exercise is it.

Tonight is chest, and core.
