The time I tried to lose weight by cutting back on food I truly did "cut back" instead of starving myself. I eat a lot when I'm bored so I have a lot of room to cut back...also, I dont really eat much junk alh, I just overeat with regular food.
yeah, i know, it wasn't intentional

My time wasn't that great: 2:33:16 (clock time was in the 2:40s, but it takes awhile to get to the official start). I wanted to do it in under 2 and a half hours, but I didn't account for things like waiting in line for the restroom and injuring my achilles in mile 7. My achilles is only starting to get better, and it's been three weeks!

I havent worked out in ages but for some reason I am still maintaining the weight loss alhamdulillah. My problem areas are arms and upper legs...they gain weight the fastest.

I have a question. I know a lot of women experience this problem. I am not particularly well endowed in the chest area. when I gain weight I gain it there first but when I lose weight it's the first place to go "flat" really fast. i also have a naturally flat stomach so it doesnt take much to fix that...but i dont want it all to be like one big ironing board. How do I prevent this? Sally?

anyway my 8k event is coming up this sunday. MAKE DUA GIRLS. i'm excited/nervous. it's supposed to rain again. i just dont know if it's gonna be humid or really wet during the race time or what.
