I think my muscles are sick. I bike all out for 20 miles a day and they don't even feel sore Mebbe I finally killed my pain buds

In other news... I'm gonna go on a diet. An Ice Cream diet 
I'll update you guys on how fast I'll get sick. I think then mebbe I'll hurt a bit more while biking hehe

I went on a 36 mile bike ride and my legs are still not sore. I miss the pain

Tomorrow, inshAllah, I'm going to a yoga-pilates class. My sister goes to some Bikram Hot Yoga class in CT. She says it burns up to 900 calories a session. The class is taught in a room that is set to 105 degrees and the session lasts 90 minutes  .

I burned about 1491 calories in three hours in relatively cold weather today

i need new running shoes.
but the only shoe that really is my type..comfortable etc doesnt have a new model come out until october or november..and i have 1 previous model already and the current one
but my shoe is still dying. sort of. i mean, i dont know. i'd just rather replace my shoes every 6 months as opposed to a year...better be safe than sorry..and alhamdulillah, alhamdulillah, alhamdulillah, ever since i've been wearing these particular shoes, i've had no ankle or knee injuries..like i used to.
so, what to do. just buy another current model? in a different color? *sigh*

i am talking about new balance. you will meet no bigger fan of NB than myself.
and there is actually no better model. i have the best running shoe model they have for moderate to extreme overpronators.
