I've yet to work out a schedule for exercising.....as of now I do random times. But I've noticed that I do a lot of stretching without meaning to. For example, if I'm standing next to a chair or bed, I would put up my leg and start stretching.......or if I'm sitting down, I would do the half-situps......ya, I'm silly like that

yeah soooooooo, i didnt work out today.

i got pissed off because i wanted to sleep in and then i get a call early morning minutes before the gym opens about how the girl who was supposed to get things rolling DOESNT HAVE HER KEY. HELLO. why?

soooooooooooooooooooo being the awesomeness that i am, i agree to hop on over and use my key to open up. i mean it's nice i live less than 3 miles from it but then it sucks too..cuz that means theyll randomly call on me to do weird things

so like, i GO and guess what? one of the other trainers showed up and she had a key. and i was just like, DEATH EXPRESSION when i looked at them

anyways i came back and iwas like there's no way i'm going into that place for the rest of the day cuz i dont wanna see its face for a while.

so i didnt work out. but i either take saturday or sunday off.

8 MILE RUN TOMORROW. REALLY I WANNA DO 10 but im gonna keep a modest goal.

I went to the dance class today. WTH was I thinking ? Honestly, I'm a really good dancer, but I sucked today! When everyone was going left, I was going right . I was the only new person in class (no one else raised their hand when the instructor asked). Today really, truly proved that I do not follow directions . I can't wait until my favorite class tomorrow! Its the cardio, strength, and flexibility class.

Yesterday walked for an hour, did 35 minutes on mini stepper and 2 minutes on x trainer.

How many days should you leave between running? I was thinking of doing exercise bike one day, elliptical another and then running on the third.

So, I got a personal health profile done the other day (and promptly lost the print off for it).

I found out I'm a wimp - (I can only do 34 'good' pushups in one go) But other than that I'm in good health... just a wimp.

I thought you were going to quit that job? Don't do 10 if you were going to do 8. I did and I had TERRIBLE arch pain. I think I should have moved up in mileage more slowly.

Variable, I try not to run two days in a row to give my body a rest. I do elliptical or something more low impact in between.

I'm in Pakistan for a Cousins wedding for a week, and I've had nothing but unhealthy food, to the point where now I feel sick. [Junk, Fast and Wedding Food]. And I am getting no time to exercise either over here.

I think I will go on a detox when I get back to Dubai.

It isn't necessarily for loosing weight, but more to get back on the 'healthy' side and give your body a break. It helps in removing toxins and such from your body.

Oh and it isn't expensive at all, you just need to watch what you eat and take in more fruits, vegetables and water.
