Today I felt terrible on the bike. I think I've come to the stress point where I need recovery time. Insha Allah ill take tomorrow off, and then cruise on friday and Go all out for 40 miles on saturday and another 40 on sunday Insha Allah

It was snowing, ice rain, flooding and I was all wet and cold, trying not to slip in a pool of water going from class to class. and then I bought this huge warm chocolate chip cookie and despite my chest being cold and wet outside, it went warm inside and I couldn't help but SMILE.

NATURAL plain vanilla icecream, topped with natural peanut butter and organic chocolate chips melted in the microwave together, and walnuts that were half organic and blueberries and blackberries and strawberries and raspberries

my friend was making fun of me saying im one of those people who cant make a distinction between eating healthy and organic

and i was like HELLO, i do indulge from time to time even though im on a strict organic wannabe stage of life. im gonna eat SWEET stuff, but it's gonna lack extra chemicals and crap, thanks.

anyway..sooooooo ive been pondering on behalf of our 10k 'team' where to go eat after we run. im like, i want lots of pasta. but where ON EARTH will i find organic pasta? that is the dilemma. i might have to give in and eat crappy food. except id rather do that at an expensive rest. than a cheap one.cuz at least it's more likely to be healthier or sanitary. or made from scratch

and hopefully not a chain rest. cuz i dont think they do a lot of from scratch cooking.

anywaysssssss WHAT A HUGE DILEMMA. sigh.

im doing 6.2 miles in like 55 mins on the treadmill but itll prolly be more on the ground outside..but im not going to get anytime to practice outside..

so either i could do real well due to distractions and competition and 30,000 ppl running with me, esp my coworkers or i could do terrible

so it could go either way

i wish i was taller. i'd be at an advantage. OH WELL. i need a new playlist for my mp3 player. some rockingggggggggggggggggggggggg songs.
