Thats pretty good bro. I used to bike a lot. I have fields and hills just behind my house, we used to get a map and plan a route, and each time we used to go further and further, so damn fun. Except when you get chased by clan of gypsies with rifles. Actually thats actually fun too providing you escape and dont get caught possibly ending a great bike ride into a Texas chainsaw masacre type ending.

Due to the lack of 7alal food around, I turn vegetarian when I land here.
For the past week, I've been eating boiled/roasted vegetables with pita bread, and jogging for an hour every day. There's almost no space for food, because I'm always dehydrated, and filling my stomach with a litre of water kind of kills the hunger.
Healthy?

This interval excercising is amazing...i just did 30 mins today and i felt like i did an hour
I used the treadmill for 20 mins..for about 2-3 mins ran at speeds of 5.0-5.3..
at an incline of 3.0 -3.5 ..then for a min i run at normal speed..then the elliptical for 11 mins at level 11; speed set at 6.5-7.0

We bought a Precor, a bench and some adjustable dumbbells so that we can workout at home. It's pretty convenient!

Alhamdullilah im building endurance..I can now run at speeds of 5.1-5.3
at an incline of 4.0 ...gonna try going up to 5.4..and speeds of 4.5-5.5 at level 10 on the elliptical..

I did some hardcore weight lifting yesterday. My arms and legs felt like jello afterwards - so much so that it was hard to lift my hands up to grip the steering wheel on the way home. Today I'm understanding the meaning of "feel the burn."
Nooo working out for me today, but inshaAllah cardio tomorrow, and more hardcore lifting on Wednesday. I'm trying to convince myself to go swimming tonight, but me thinks I'll just want to flop on the couch as soon as I get home from work and not move.
