Anyway, tonight is biceps and legs - because I missed them last night. I always mean to do this earlier I just never get around to it.

It is very frustrating when exercises targeting a certain muscle never actually target that muscle because the the surrounding muscles are too weak so instead they get worked out. i have to wait for them to catch up. i think that made sense.

I understand exactly (I think). Right now when I do biceps with free weights, my fore arms seem to be in need of catching up.

i feel like an idiot b/c each time my trainer tries to target a certain muscle, it's another one that's getting the work out. I guess some muscles just do need to catch up?

iSHi is sore from yesterday. I don't know how you guys do it.


Whoever that girl was she's not the prettiest, but I wouldn't say she looks like a man. She has nice abs( ) and I think part of the reasons he looks so "boy shaped" is from her pose. She's not even what I consider thin. She's has an athletic frame. But curves are better than no curves.

she's not thin..she's actually kinda thick. but she has no curves. feminine = well-defined waist. hips. boobs. hourglass-shaped..

she is one straight line. in a bikini.

You can do it! You just have to work up to it. Even if you start with girl pushups (on your knees instead of toes) and only go down a little bit, that is better than not doing it.
