Okay, try and take deep breaths and breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. If you're working hard, your breathing often quickens, but if it's too fast, slow down and see if you feel better.

It's mainly when I work out. I get light headed...I almost fainted today. and I wasn't even out of breath.

Are you sure it's just your breathing? Could your blood sugar be low?

I just think that given that you go on and on about how "small" Desis/South Asians are, the fact that you worked hard to get to 185 lbs is kind of funny. Ever wonder why you never see Mexican heavyweights?

Most fights don't last longer than a minute. As for myself & my own endurance, I've gone rounds of hard sparring while cutting to get under 190 lbs (where I was very lean).

You go, girl. 20 lbs per decade is a noble goal - though probably a little ambitious given your genetic makeup.

I don't like hugging men wearing spandex, so I don't know. I'm sure I'm stronger than you, though.

I don't follow womens sports at all, so I don't know who Jenny Finch is. Anna Kournikova is not at all attractive imo.

I thought it was my breathing. I wouldn't know. My blood sugar should be fine I eat all the time.

Well, if you weren't out of breath, it's possible it could be something else. For example, you could be dehydrated or above your target heart rate. Do you drink enough water? If so, maybe get a heart rate monitor and see how that works for you. Good luck!

Spice: Jenny Finch is pretty manly. Her shoulders are too broad to suit a woman of any size. Aside from her chest and hair, there is not much feminine about her.

She is very feminine...and she's also half naked [FINE, she's naked, happy? ] in this picture, so I linked it.

I'd describe that as 5/6ths naked.
