running makes me feel invincible. :sigh:

today was my day off from anything strenous but last night i ate really unhealthy food so i thought to spend at least 30 mins doing something after breakfast this morning

so i ran 4 miles on an INCLINE. i thought I HATED INCLINe running. but this time i just played around a lottttt with the incline and speed. basically never really ran on normal non incline surface. it felt sooo freaking good. ive never really ran an entire run on random inclines..i would always like come back down and go back up but ive figured out when you feel you cant go on anymore just lower the speed significantly but keep incline the same.

i had a cough/bad throat but everything feels like it just got fixed from running

oh also i hate the STOP strap thingy on treadmills. i lost alll my stats 15 mins into it because i accidently brushed across it. it's like an emergency thing

hey, if thats what he felt like using, then more power to him. i use 15lbs weights for plenty of exercises.

but if you're looking for a little shine, 55lbs on dumbell chest presses isn't going to cut it.
