i wouldn't worry too much about exact bodyfat % figures, as long as you look good. the 22% figure is worthless - at 6'1" 180, i think it'd physically impossible for a male to be at 22%

Thats what i was thinking...i think my measurements threw the calculator off. Right now i look better..i need to lose around 1lb of fat around my waist so my abs can be seen. After ramadhan i'm upping my conditioning training insha'Allah.

Guys......start using the tried and tested combo of calipers + scale.....it yields about as accurate a result you can get this side of hydrostatic weighing......which is expensive and usually only easily accessible to athletes.
This is a guide to a 7-site measurement using calipers (Though you can also use a 3 site measurement which will still give you a good way to gauge progress)

Calipers are pretty cheap these days too

It's definitely possible.......though pretty unlikely.

I really only have a small amount of fat on my chest and a small amount on my waist, you can see my abs starting to pop so its not like its a lot.
WHat suggestions do you guys have to ease post workout pain? My legs ache after a day of HIIT and a day of resistance work.

Yeah you're probably considerably less than 22% fat........doing a weekly (or biweekly) test with calipers is still a good idea since you can adjust your training and diet based on the info.
For post workout pain......usually I take a few grams of Vitamin C daily...seems to help somewhat, also when it gets real annoying I do a light warmup and some stretches which also seems to help.

Hmm..i'll look into the Vit C..i'll keep the warmup and stretch in mind too. My legs ache a lot..i think its because they're not used to the frequency and amount of torture i'm putting them through right now. I had to rest today...i took a 2 mile walk this morning though.
Since upping my cardio this week, i've noticed i get hungry a lot more.
