Ninjas can kill anyone they want! Ninjas cut off heads ALL the time and don't even think twice about it. These guys are so crazy and awesome that they flip out ALL the time. I heard that there was this ninja who was eating at a diner. And when some dude dropped a spoon the ninja killed the whole town. My friend Mark said that he saw a ninja totally uppercut some kid just because the kid opened a window.

my cousins and I are doing a fitness challenge to see who can lose the most weight before ramadan. we did the pre-challenge weigh-in on the Wii Fit last saturday. inshAllah I win
and our new apartment has a basketball and tennis court right outside

Alhamdulillah it's easy to lose weight during Ramadan. I usually volunteer to serve food at the masjid during Ramadan, and after everyone's eaten, there's not much left

- ate an apple for breakfast
- took the stairs to and fro from work, also walked instead of taking the bus
- had pasta, carrots, plum, and an orange for lunch

I know, it's hard to stay motivated. Just think about how good you'll feel when you're back in the healthy eating/exercise routine. Plus, you know, there's the benefit of not having heart disease and all that. Everyone goes through periods where they're not as consistent, so just get back in it and you'll be fine iA.

I agree wit fooz..you should be eating at least 500 calories for breakfast. Can't go wrong with Oatmeal, nor egg whites.

I feel like our relationship isn't working for me, I mean........you're always taking. Taking, taking, taking........when will you give? Sometimes I feel like you're not on my side, like when you conspire with the gym owners to play the cheesiest top 40 pop music, or when that guy with the tight biker shorts just "happens" to be in front of me....or when I sweat so much that I could singlehandedly end drought in 4 nations. I hate your face cardio........if you had a face I would punch it. It's over.

i have shin splints. i haven't had them in months. clearly i need to stick to the elliptical because the treadmill is not my friend.
