All these complex workouts with names attached to them all sound like advertising gimmicks

it really helps when you have a bunch of pre planned work outs..especially if you do a lot of weights..a whole month of work outs is goodness..you dont wanna be bothered with figuring out what part you worked what day of the week and give it recovery time and stuff..its already written out for you

i do on my own stuff on a daily basis as well but for the majority of my weights i follow different plans..only because its really easy..and i get bored VERY VERY easily with the same stuff. so all the new fun stuff keeps me entertained and interested

if we're going to talk about the way these brand name work outs are advertised, thats a completely different story.

Get on your knees like you're sitting in salat but dont sit on your feet the same way, then lean over with your hands stretched out in front of you as much as you can.

I guess these non combative muscle workouts help somewhat. I used to do kickboxing but quit after I got kicked in the head a few times

Now I just bike and vary my routes. Head winds kill me but give me a super duper workout

Well actually I once mistakenly kicked him in the head and after that he got mad at me and went on a head kicking rampage

a back bend on a ball feels REALLY ridiculously good too if your back is sore but for the most part you feel it on the lower back

Well don't spar with jerks. Sparring is about technique and trying out new combos... not killing each other.
