nope..the step is horizontal, you're standing vertically with one leg on the step...one on the floor.

HOWEVER, you're not jumping forward with the one im doing.. and you're actually squatting pretty deep bc that's the point of the challenge...this guy just looks like hes jumping. and you're using a step with risers to add to the challenge because on the floor its really really ridiculously easy.

I heard that there was this ninja who was eating at a diner. And when some dude dropped a spoon the ninja killed the whole town. My friend Mark said that he saw a ninja totally uppercut some kid just because the kid opened a window.
