I nearly accomplished my goal -- in two weeks I'm down 8lbs.

Although I did take a rather large deuce later on after weighing, so who knows, maybe I made the full 10!

Thats honestly like the best routine you can do. I felt so incredibly healthy and I got in awesome shape.

Then my ex broke up with me and I started watching lifetime and eating ice cream all the time and I got fat again.
Cool thanks bro. jazakAllah khair

I went to the gym today after a long, long break. I did a 5 minute warm up on the treadmill. I dabbled in some weights for 10 and then I did 60 minutes on the arc trainer. A few times my heart rate was in the 170 to 177 zone . Afterward, I cooled down on the treadmill for 15 minutes.

Oh my gym is doing this mid-summer Olympics thing. You can win prizes like a b12 shot, $350 gas card, 6 months free of membership dues, 1 hour massage, and some amount of money off your membership dues for life. It costs $5 to join the "contest". Some of the goals though are like losing 8 lbs in one month and reducing your body fat by 2% or attending 20 classes. I think its a great motivational tool. I'm considering joining; however, I'll be depressed if I don't reach a goal.

1) You don't have the heart. Running far doesn't = heart. As for looking like a man unless you hit the weights hard, you won't.
2) If you're good you stay pretty

hmm nope..

it's like, you're squatting facing the left side, with one leg on the step...then you pulse, explode up and land in a squat one the right side (with the opposite leg on the step)

edit: i forgot to add that after the 180 turn you repeat the process again to land back on your original side/spot...the whole move is done in one go
