By the by, I did that BMI thing someone suggested.

Body Mass Index: 19.6 kg/m
Your weight is at the 20th percentile according to your age and height.
(This is your Weight Percentile, compared to other Americans)
If at 50th percentile, you are close to average weight.
At 90th percentile, your weight is greater than 90% of others.
At 20th percentile, then 80% of others weigh more than you.

I knew I didn't need to worry about gaining weight.
Now all I need to do is focus on becoming more powerful than a locomotive *flexes*

COuld someone help me figure out a workout plan not using weights?

I'm looking online but to be honest I'm a little overwhelmed...

I used to lift weights but I didn't find it very rewarding. I switched over to a more pragmatic routine and I felt muchhhh better.

- pull ups
- chin ups
- squats
- running
- ab exercises
- lower back exercises

Thats honestly like the best routine you can do. I felt so incredibly healthy and I got in awesome shape.

Then my ex broke up with me and I started watching lifetime and eating ice cream all the time and I got fat again.

You could add push ups, tricep dips and lunges and then you have a whole-body workout.
