I sometimes cant but yawning repeatedly while working out (like fast paced while taking a class)
its crazy...im like WHY THE HELL AM I YAWNING!?!?!
but I CANT STOP!
....does this happen to anyone else? or am i just a freak?

I yawn all the time, exercising or not. It is rather embaressing when your heartrate is way up there, you're sweating and grooving, yet you can't stop. Happens to me every class I take.

 I suck at this fitness thing...
I haven't been on a walk since I posted of it before.
By the time I get around to it its too hot outside. 
So instead I had a bowl of ice cream.

I've boxed before, Kickboxed, done Tae Kwon Do amonst other things.
Seriously go to a gym like sixpak said, you can't learn to box from a video.
