anyway, i played soccer (and volleyball) again this weekend, and alhamdulillah, i already notice a difference in speed, endurance, and overall energy. i even scored a couple goals. i was still tired afterward, but it was a more pleasant tired feeling (vs a "i want to puke and die" tired feeling). googled it.. from a quick glance, it looks like mostly leg exercises. i don't do or care about doing any leg exercises.. my legs are already lean/solid & i definitely don't want them to get any bigger.

but the really tough thing about travelling isn't working out (most hotels have gyms/workout rooms so that's not really an issue) but eating healthy and often. i like to eat 4-5 3-400 calorie meals with a snack or two to get ~2000 calories. that becomes difficult on the road. i'll try to eat healthy and light for the main meals and keep protein bars handy the rest of the time.

Death by bodyweight is maingly legs and squats but there are alternatives like this:

incorporate Hindu Pushups and Diamond pushups and anything else to get the job done. I break it into a circuit and work well into the pain barrier...it makes a difference.

I eat around 2300 calories: I'm looking to lose a lot of body fat and build a little muscle. I do a lot of cardio too but I basically eat within certain parameters.

Why not find a DVD thats cardio based? Theres one called walk away the pounds its suppossed to be good. You can get a cheap exercise bike or a treadmill.

that's an extremely ambitious goal, bro, good luck.. you must already be in pretty good shape if you're aiming for that. i would be very happy to be at 12% (but then, i'm an endomesomorph).

I'm an Ectomorph I lose fat by breathing..haha. Before i got lazy I had around 10% body fat.

i became so obsessed with really low body fat % when i started hanging out with all these crazy females in the fitness industry but then i finally grew a brain alhamdulillah haha

it kinda creeps me out how they start to look...women need healthy fat storages to have babies duhhhhhhhhhhhh

*eats another icecream bar*

i got teased a lot this weekend because i didnt care aboutthe ingredients in what i was eating or whatever and everyone was like omg, THAT has preservatives..are you sure you wanna eat that?

Yeh... I don't know why some girls feel the need to try and get to the point where they're... pointy. There are a couple of disturbing cases at my gym... I hope they too realize the need for the occasional ice cream bar.

Have any of you ever seen rock climbers? I think they are hands down the most fit people I've ever seen (in terms of dense, lean muscle). I'm gonna look into some rock climbing fitness.

Riding my bike to work and the gym for the next two weeks. About 25-30 miles round trip. Should be a nice addition to my training.

Pound wise around 2 however body fat wise a lot. I've lost at least 4 inches on my waist. I had someone at work comment on my weight loss yesterday...

My calf is healing up and i can walk normally now but i need to ease off on the cardio until its fully healed.

What Is Your Body Type?

Your score is 2.25.

Your body is closest to a Mesomorph. You have a naturally fit body but to maintain it or improve it you should exercise and diet correctly for your type. i liked the question about wrist size. i've got like freakishly tiny wrists. my dad used to tell me i should start driving a truck to get them bigger and stronger. i sometimes do the thing with weights where you hold the weight and kinda half-rotate your hand/wrist. but i've been afraid to do that lately cuz my ganglion thingy is back on my left wirst n this time it's like right on top of a nerve or something n it hurts just using a pair of scissors . i keep forgetting to find the phone book...

so yeah, how does one get their freakishly tiny wrists to get bigger n stronger? n what's a good workout for triceps that are like non-existent?
