Wheelworks has some good advice. Hopefully you're feeling better by now.
BTW those 'introvert' and 'extrovert' machines are actually called the abductor and the adductor machines. Generally you want to start off with lesser weight and more reps, like I said before. I would say you should do 4 sets of 16 on each, working with around 40-45 lbs.
Same goes for the leg curl/bench thing you're talking about. Use a very low amount of weight, I would say about 50% or even less than 50% of the weight you would be able to do a set of without wincing, but do more sets/reps.

eating lots of fruits and veggies and some reduced-sugar, reduced fat stuff...
walking a mile almost every night and 15 minutes on the gazelle few times a week.
and fasting every once in a while. i figured since i don't eat much during the day anyway...
i don't seem to have lost much weight (thank God!) but my clothes feel roomier. 
i really wanted some fat for winter to keep me warm but i got a fan-heater instead so i guess i should be happy... alhumdulillah.

Yesterday I took an hour of a yoga/pilates class. It's been a few months since I've done that. There is nothing quite like stretching for an hour. I didn't realize how much physical stress we tend to hold in our bodies for days and weeks.

Yesterday I half dropped a 15 lb dumbbell on my left middle finger. Ouch.
Also, everyone at my gym is pregnant. All the trainers, instructors, etc. Interesting, masha'Allah

since it's so cold and rainy outside lately and i'm almost always too tired to go walking after i get home from work, i've just been gazelle-ing every night... i think i'm not doing something right cuz i have too much fun on that thing. it's kinda like being on a swing... which can be good workout too. oh, i miss summer, and the park. and my jump-rope too. i dunno where it is, my jump-rope that is... not summer, or the park.

yea ever since we moved back to the house i have no gym to go to and its getting cold outside .i hope i dont gain my weight back
i still have 15-20 to lose iA
the only excercise i do and am able to do is using the step stool,
jumprope, and a bit a jogging outside
hopefully we get a treadmill soon iA

If you wanna lose weight, it starts with curbing your diet. Like stop eating non-healthy foods or try to cut down. Along with fasting the recommended days as the prophet did can really help as well. Worked for me

My exercise routine mostly consists of free weights, and physical therapy. Seems to be working alright though.

My routine is pretty simple. I eat 6 small meals throughout the day. I lift hard 4 days a week, do 30 mins of cardio 2 days out of the week. Thats pretty much it and I am getting really good gains.
