That's super cute.
Oh so I tried on my new wedding dress today...sooo beautifullll love it ...but I need to lose .5in-1in in my stomach to look perfect in it. It's going to be piss hard since I have never gotten my stomach below it's 26in but thankfully I have a couple of weeks to rip the itch up.

Things that miff me off: when people pull out 4 sets of weights, leave them on the floor, and then go off to do something else in some other part of the gym. I think they think they've 'reserved' them or something.
And people who crash their weights together... I'm in a pretty ghetto gym, and we don't have rubberized plates. You'll be busting through a tough set when all of a sudden this piercing sound destroys your concentration. Thanks guys, I still have hearing left in that range even if you don't.

wheelworks: Why not just wear a corset?
Because then that would be a deceptive perfection and when people compliment me on how damn good I look in the dress, I won't hold back and will blurt out that I'm wearing a corset. I rather just keep it real and work hard towards correcting the flaw rather than finding a bandaid for it.

This is interesting.........yeah I think there are some pretty strong cultural disincentives to working out sometimes. Regardless though, if someone is interested in it they can find a way.

Congrats on your wedding............since you only have a short amount of time and your goal is pretty modest try this
Bodybuilding.com - Karen Sessions - The Stomach Vacuum Exercise - Pics And Video.
(warning: some inappropriate pics)
Stomach vacuums are a pretty effective way to shave a couple inches off the waistline quickly......do some cardio/weights and watch your carbs but this will probably work well for you iA.

That looks really interesting. I'll look into it, though, I have never had a problem with crunches and for me crunches really do work. People always ask me how I keep my stomach so thin and toned- all I do is crunches.

Re: Health and Fitness Thread
Fatty update:
Alhamdulilah.
-Someone told me Id never looked better, and it felt great
-I haven't given up eating unhealthy food altogether, but I have come a long way. I just dont eat it as much or as often as before.
-The other improvement is chocolate/sweet stuff. I havent had chocolate in months and nor do I crave it.
-Soda is only when I'm eating out, compared to before when I'd have it every time I got thirsty.
Uncool:
-I have yet to start drinking more water. I cant bring myself to drink more than 2 glasses a day, and sometimes not even that.
-Majorly slacking off when it comes to working out, have been for about 2 months.
-Need to reduce the amount of caffeine intake- really not eager to do that.
-Need to work on my aunty arms!
