today i did lower body supersets
3 sets, 15-20 reps
alternating lunges with deadlifts
then sissy squats with lying leg curls
then adduction with abduction
then 45 mins of a 75 min kickboxing class..cuz im a wimp
i dropped out in the middle..my first time since november when i started this class..
just got really tired even tho it was a lot of fun..swivels, spin kicks and other kick drills..
and i need wrist weights now for this class bc im not getting fatigued or the least bit tired when we do uppercut and jab repetitions until muscle failure
