dude, it's so easy to make. buy cubed beef; they sell it in steak size. coat the steak in egg/milk, then in breadcrumbs, fry it on medium heat in a skillet (not too much oil/butter, maybe like a tablespoon or two? thats how i do it bc i dont like it to be really oily), and once the steak is done, use the same fat and add a tablespoon or two of flour, cook for 30 seconds until the flour is dissolved and bubby, and pour in some milk (depending on how much roux you have), cook that until it thickens, add salt and LOTS of black pepper. voila.

I had tuna for lunch today . With mayo, lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, carrot, kidney beans, a hard boiled egg, black pepper. It was really filling, could have probably done without the egg.

I once ate dhaal at a sikh temple for lunch. Them sikhs make dhall and roti for everyone at lunch time.
