It has been almost 60 hours since I had one!!!!!
The craving is hitting me pretty hard right now, trying my best to fight it. Sunday night I only had one, but saturday night I had like 5 or 6

nicotine gum helps. it helps with the physical withdrawal symptoms, so at least you're body isn't craving a cig, even if mentally you are. |

aka getting hooked on another drug. No thanks, I am trying the cold turkey method, but in doses. I gave in again at the same time, this time only lasted 24 hours. I am trying for 3 days inshallah.

Yes, becuase it also helped his sesional affective disorder. He only took it durring winter months. You don't go through physical withdrawl when you stop taking Welbutrin. As far as anti-depressants go, it also doesn't have the sexual side effects of SSRI's. |
