Healthy Foods/Brands that Taste Good
you can post stuff you substitute on a regular basis for food with no nutrient content
for example,
EGGOS are not filling but they taste good
however, these waffles are WAY better. with all natural peanut butter and some frozen berries on top...BREAKFAST OF THE CHAMPS add some melted dark choc chips for a treat
Waffles
i used to eat kashi when nobody knew about it. because i have a cousin named kashif and he talked about how he hated that cereal. so one day i was like, im gonna buy it. anyways, long story short, ive been eating their cereal for a while. one day i wake up and there are millions of new kashi products. they even have frozen healthy pizza now. im worried theyre going to become sell outs if they make it big. hopefully not.

Re: Healthy Foods/Brands that Taste Good
Tasty homemade healthy waffles. They freeze well, so you can make them on the weekends and then toast or heat them up in the oven during the week. Dried fruit and/or chocolate chips make a good mix in.
OAT BRAN WAFFLES
4 egg whites, (or egg substitute equal to 2 eggs)
2 c. non fat milk (evaporated skim milk is very good)
1 c. oat bran cereal
1 c. self rising flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
Preheat the waffle iron. Mix all ingredients in a container with a spout and pour onto the waffle iron. Bake 5 minutes or until steam stops. Make 6 large waffles. the first waffle always sticks to the iron, so plan accordingly.

Re: Healthy Foods/Brands that Taste Good
Tasty Filet-o-Fish sandwich:
Ingredients:
$5
Vehicle
Directions:
Enter vehicle. Drive to nearby "McDonalds" restaurant facility. There will be a window on the side of the building. Give the employee in the window the $5 and recite the words "Filet-o-Fish value meal, large." They will respond with "what would you like to drink with that?" State your soft drink preference. At this point, assuming there is not a car in front of you, drive to the next window. Here, you will receive a Filet-o-Fish, fries, and a soda.
Preparation time: 0-10 mins. Varies depending on distance from McDonalds.

yes! that exact flavor. interesting take, putting it on ice cream. but yeah; it makes me wonder why they don't make a lot more cereals with significant amounts of fiber in them. or at least, cereals that don't look like guinea pig food.
