This isn't really a huge change. The text that they've added reflects more of a change than the actual research itself.

if i dont get at least 6 glasses of water in me a day, i can really feel the difference. despite the new research, i know i'll drink at least the 6 i usually drink.  |

I think that's what the researcher is saying - that 8 isn't the magic number, but you should listen to your body. |

Yeah me too (and it's so not fun!) - that's why I've read a bunch of the research. A lot of the urology studies are mostly men, and it's a bit different for them. |

Jamroll is right. Water helps maintain a natural Gastric flow and stops you getting constipated.
I drink around 6-10 cups a day..if I work out more i drink more..thristy work and all.

I heard that there was this ninja who was eating at a diner. And when some dude dropped a spoon the ninja killed the whole town. assalamu alaykum
water helps my skin  thereagain i usually drink NO water at all...just juices. But i've cut out juices and had about 2 bottles of water a day and my skin is no longer dry  alhamdulilah
