OMG SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO PET PEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEVE

I GET THERE..AND WE'RE WALKING after we park to where we need to take our place and like it's about a good couple miles of walking and it felt like the whole city was walking with us...so many people..and then im like wait a minute, half these people have HEADPHONES on..and ME? i left mine at home...cuz the rules said we're not supposed to have them..so i was annoyed cuz this was the first time i was running without headphones..and i was like this is sooo unfair and my friend was like, theyre going to get kicked out for it and i was like right..whos gonna notice in these herds?? anyway i get to my spot and the people next to me have headphones.pretty much ALL c ollege aged students had headphones on. it irked me and i began to panic cuz a lot of them were like are you kidding? we cant run without music. and im like aaaaaaahhhh what do i do!! so anyway apparently headphones are allowed? whatever. i didnt care..i was like way to excited to feel anything. so then it finally began adn the live bands sorta sucked...i mean i listen to dance or techno and so this was like rock and stuff and im like great. but it's ok cuz this way i was able to seta personal record for myself...longest run without headphones for me.

Isn't exercising in the rain amazing? When ever I bike to work in the rain I somehow have more energy. Makes me feel sorry that the car drivers can't enjoy the rain as much as me. Of course they think they have the advantage

So, I'm back from the race and all showered. It was really fun. I think it took me about 2:40 but I'll find out for sure when they do the whole chip thing. I went out too fast in the beginning, so I didn't have endurance later. Around mile 8 I was wondering what made me think this was a good idea and afterwards and I was thinking about my next one!

Nice! Yea I get feelings of thinking I'm insane on mile 40 of a 60 mile bike ride most of the time. But then when I finish, I'm thinking of my next ride

Congrats btw!
