i ran today. i thought i almost died. but i was ok.

i'A i'll be running 3 times a week and be good as my hubby.

WHy do you guys run?

I know sally is going for a half marathon, but are some of you doing it to be fit? If so you should probably do High Intensity Interval Training instead.

Running and interval training aren't mutually exclusive though. You can mix it up and do intervals or steady state endurance work.

I'm fixing to try a new endurance workout thats a mix of the two, based on LA Galaxy's training routine. I want to be able to run around in a game of Soccer without dying, but i enjoy going for runs once in a while too.

I just got back from running two miles in my new jika-tabi.

I'm now very sore and covered with blisters. Bad idea.

Thats because Jika Tabi aren't designed to run in. Get a decent pair of running shoes.
