i always wear the 2 piece 'al-amira' style ones when i work out. i get a reeally light cotton material so you dont feel like youre suffocating (i tried working out with a lycra one, and i was miserable...it was like a heat trap). i like that kind the best cuz there isnt a lot of fabric flapping around and they stay where you put them.

wait, so do you guys get that 'runners high'?

i used to run (well not really but i'd hit the treadmill for a mile or two before hitting the weights) and i think i got it once, cuz all of a sudden i got in rhythm and i couldn't feel anything and just kept going. i dunno if that was it or not. it didn't happen again cuz soon after the running started messing up my knees so i stopped.

yeah, runners high is a very real thing.

yeah, it was probably my form, cuz i think with my stride, i land too hard so its a lot of continuous impact on my knees. oh well, i really hated running though. at least on a treadmill. i don't mind if i'm actually getting somewhere. i used to run to my friends house after fajr to pick up his basketball and then go shoot around.

anyways, i like this commercial:

YouTube - curetour's Channel

On September 3, 2007, Tim Borland of Los Gatos, California set out on an incredible quest to run a marathon a day (26.2 miles) for 63 consecutive days while pushing a mobility jogging stroller. Traveling more than 14-thousand miles across 29 states, 63 communities and one Canadian Province, Borland sought to raise awareness and funding for the non-profit A-T Children's Project. Battling a brutal schedule complicated by excessive heat, high winds, drastic elevation changes and torrential rain, Tim pushes on. Borland is fueled by the hope to find a cure for children diagnosed with a rare terminal disease, Ataxia Telangiectasia -- whose own feet lack the strength to run
