I also like pure green, and camomile, although camomile is a once-in-a-blue-moon affair.
i love jasmine tea. its amazingly strong and you can feel it rush throughout your entire body. sometimes green tea is really strong for me, if i drink too much and makes my head start spinning like crazy. so the fact that jasmine has just a base of green tea in it, makes it easier to take. I bought a small box of that and a small box of chinese oolong tea, from fujian province. Direct from China, and it works wonders thats for sure. I never felt better really. and its important that the tea is grown in the right region with the right conditions. Longjing tea, from China's longjing province is considered the highest quality grade of green tea, and it costs a bit more than the cheap everyday style green tea that i have been using. that's why you only buy oolong tea grown in china's fujian province, since that is the best type there is. its mixture between green tea and black tea. both of my parents are diabetics, and they dont like to take insulan shots. they also use herbal medicine from India to deal with thier diabetes. It seems to work for them.

As for mossad cracking jokes, unisured people like myself wouldnt have to turn to herbal medicine, if greedy, over priced doctors like him didnt exist. they are in cahoots with the greedy pharmacutical companies - every time they prescribe a medicine. So the less you have to some overpriced doctor, the better off you are. I started using neem toothpaste too, direct from India. It is unbelievably strong and amazing. Neem is proven to reverse gum disease, even if western dentists refuse to admit it.

even just my tounge touching my teeth full of neem, i can feel my tounge just numbing a lil because of how strong the neem is. its alot more stronger than the miswak ointment toothpaste i was using.

after i nearly over-dosed on ibuprofene a few weeks ago when i threw out my back, i lost complete total faith in synthetic drugs. At least asprin comes from a plant. Even if i was insured, I would go with ancient traditional medicine anyday.

in fact, i forgot what cancer it was, i think it might colon cancer, but a desi doctor from India noticed a high rate of this cancer among non-spice eating europeans, and a lower rate for it among desis. So he started telling his patients, instead of taking synthetic drugs, to start eating more desi spices. his results proved to work. imagine that, food as medicine as well.

your body is made from nature, your body is made from earth, all the plants and flowers around you, can be used to treat your body. what better way than to go natural since that is what your body is made from? millions of people use this medicine everyday around the world and have been for thousands of years. wouldnt you think after the first thousand years they would have said 'hey we have been using this junk for a thousand years now and it dont work, why are we still using it?" but they didnt, cuz it works thats why.

Much of the medicine is to clean your stomach clean too. Even the Prophet himself said that the stomach is the home of all diseases. Most synthetic drugs is to treat you after you get sick or ill, but herbal medicine maintains the body by preventing you from getting sick. Even green tea boosts your body's natural immune system. I like the sound of that, over taking medicine to treat your sickness, when you can prevent yourself from getting sick in the first place.

on our computers we have virus protections, and anti-virus software. why? why not just clean out the virus after it has infected your computer? because the anti-virus clears it out and maintains the computer - before you get hit with a virus attack. traditional herbal medicine does the exact same thing.

best of luck.
alot of it is medically proven, through years, if not decades of studies, done both here and in asia. i wouldnt have started using this if it wasnt medically proven.

in fact the only thing that isnt medically proven is aromatherapy. I tried it anyways, with incense sticks. its supposed to stimulate the senses in the brain, and while it did a little bit, i didnt find it very effective and it made my throat bleed, so i stopped buying incense sticks. but it sure made the room smell nice.

of course. plus if you drink too much green tea, it could lead to osteoporisis, which is bone decay. i only drink the required amount to keep myself cancer-free from all forms of cancer, which is three to four cups a day. i usually drink about two to three cups a day. plus the china jasmine tea i bought, on the box says its green tea laced with jasmine. besides i need alot of water, my lifestyle causes me to dehydradate more than most people do. And if you cant find the moov cream, try some other ayurvedic back pain cream, those should help too.

also i read a tip saying you should refigerate the tea bags, to keep it fresh. it will release more powerful polynomels and anti-oxidants.

Even though G5 can't see this i agre with him on the benifits of natural medicine.

MOst FDA approved drugs are probably likley to kill you eventually due to the testing process being 100% corrupt. Testees are lying to the case studies and making a career out of being lab rats, in turn affecting outcomes. Companies who are respoinsible for regulating these studies and finding the testees are not doin their job properly. Government agencies in charge of inspecting and regulating the case studies are horrbly under staffed.

G5 is on to something, go natural, healthcare in the US is a joke. I can't afford insurance and my job won't insure me for another year, basically i'm screwed.

"There is no difference whether you have a basketful or a small piece. They all taste the same," Hodja remarked.

What's the fun in that? It requires effort to quit smoking, it'a hard. Much better to keep smoking, and try other unproven remedies than to do something that is proven to reduce your risk.

GOT5, if you're really addicted to nicotine, you can use nicotine lozenges and those things to kill your craving, rather than filling your lungs with crap.

Not sure if you looked into this already, but make sure you have enough vitamin B6. I was taking Isoniazid (aka INH) an antibiotic that treats TB and it depleates B6 from your body and it gave me nerve problems. Started taking the vits and the problem went away.
