My poor, aching head. I've been feeling "off" for a couple days, and it finally came to a head in the form of a killer migraine. On my first day with my new team... in the OR, during a complex case.
I had to scrub out a couple of hours in to take some meds, then came back and had to scrub out again to  . Twice. And I felt nauseous for hours afterwards.  And both times that I had to scrub out, it was while they were trying to control unexpected bleeding. 
Sigh. They tried to send me home, but I stuck it out to do the last case. Didn't end up leaving till 7pm.

head & shoulders = hair-killer! 
i only used it twice over a period of 1.5 weeks in between using dove n it made so much of my hair fall out. back to my beloved dove...
and i'd like to add that nature is so pretty, mashaAllah!

It thundered w/lightening so loud just outside my window that i jumped up w/my heart pounding so fast as if it was going to jump right out.

MD weather is unpredictable. It wasn't always like this though; I just noticed that it started raining a lot more since summer '07. One month we had more than 17 days of rain.

Speaking of beautiful nature and rain, Denver is amazing with its mountains in the distance, ups and downs in the roads.. etc. Here's a picture I took today just before Maghrib...it rained for like 5 minutes and then a double rainbow appeared! the second one is to the left and fainter

I've had really bad experience with head n shoulders too! it sucks major..
oh and I also tried loreal vive pro...and it dried my hair out like no other. 
I've been using Dove for a while now..and alhamdulillah its awesome |
