p.s. my apt. was really really dirty.

Even if my place isn't dirty it still takes me more than an hour to clean it up. Kitchen and bathroom are the most difficult, good luck.

I pay all of my bills through my bank online because its convenient and I save money on stamps/gas. I like it because everything is documented and nothing gets lost in the mail. If you have a problem call the customer service number for your bank and they always take care of it. Bank of America and Chase (especially) are good when it comes to customer service.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
maybe you should try to find things to be grateful about so you don't always feel down and cranky? If you think of all the things that ARE good in your life, maybe it will better your mood iA.

Yeah, seriously. I dont blame Qudsia for her latest posts here.
Grow up ladies, you have so much to be grateful for. All it takes is sitting back and just observing things, youd be surprised how much we take for granted. Its perfectly okay to be annoyed and upset with a given situation, but if it becomes a regular thing, then theres something wrong- it may just become habitual. And of course, we all know ourselves best.
That being said, I need to work on somethings.
thought of the day: family before anything else. alhamdulilah.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
Oh man, today. I had to go to Brooklyn for a meeting with the Diwan of MANA. It was SO intimidating being around imams like that. Even the people I was with. MashaAllah. I mean, alhumdulillah, I have a nice background, but it SO doesn't compare to somebody who started the largest youth group in Michigan, or a sister who was MSA president 2 years in a row. Or even someone who was an apprentice at a detention center for young men. I need to do more things in my life. At least it was like inspiration.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
I've spent all day today doing my readings from the past two weeks for my intro to Islam class and I still don't know what my paper should be about. I think I might write about how the Qu'ran created political, economic and social justice for the people but it's so... broad? This is due Tuesday but I'm busy Monday so... this is going to be a long night.
