Salam Ladies!
What the deals with Bare Minerals? The infomercial is sooooo convincing.. I really wanted to order the starters kit and check it out at the mall but I figured I'd ask you girls for a review first.
Is it really makeup I can sleep with? Does it feel like your wearing nothing? Is it a must have or just another marketing strategy?

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
Light weight. Easy to wear/take off. It gives you a very "natutal" look. Like it's supposed too. Well that is if you don't want coverage. They say you can determine the coverage by adding more/less of the foundations, but it's so lightweight, you end up looking flaky/caky/ and it's not cute. If you're like me with scars and blemishes up the yin and yang I'd say try something else. Yes you can sleep in it but that doesn't mean you should. Yes it's made with "real" minerals but there's still other stuff in their that's not good for skin. ANother thing, I've never seen your hotness, but I have too mix a medium tan with the light. LAME! If you do try it, make sure you go for a consultation or ask for a sample. Or you could be like me the very first time I tried it and return if it doesn't work. I now use MAC studio fix liquid foundations. I haven't broken out and I've slept in it twice.>.< I set it with my B.M mineral veil and use all the other stuff my started pack came with except for the foundation. =] Hope this helps.

I feelllllll sooo low right (im holding my tears since this morning after a major blow this morning) and I don't think I can suck up all the stress at this moment...I hate it when ppl expect perfection from you and in return you become stricter with yourself
I can't do it, no matter what anyone says!

I have that. Kind of stupid purchase because Im not one who can be bothered standing in front of the mirror painting my face. And I reckon it turns shiny if you're hot after a few hours or so. But on the plus side, awesome coverage for spotty faces so I do use it very occaisonally [like for special occaisons or something..]. Also I've now bought the Face Protect primer SPF 50, so maybe if I use under that it wont turn shiny? (Its meant to prevent oil breakthrough). And Ive also bought.. ( you'd think I could afford this stuff easily or something ) Studio Fix Compact foundation/powder thing. Easy peasy just brush it on, no mess, no preciseness needed..more my kind of thing. Might get a sponge or powder puff to go in the compact though*. If your v spotty though dont use it...makes the skin look worse...but if its just a little bit/not v bumpy/severe spots and/ mainly marks/scars on your face, its okay for even-ing out tone and medium coverage.
Though, really I hate makeup and I wish my skin wasnt ugly enough to need fixing up.
I want to eat the strawberries in your avatar. Theyre chocolate coated right?
Eid Mubarak all.
*EDIT: So like I accidentally discovered the compartment in the compact that contains a sponge already :feels dumb:.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
My skin is clearing up, yay! Thanks to the drugs. Antibiotic.
But 'cause of fasting, I haven't been able to take it regularly.
I mentioned something at home about if how my antibiotics stop working or I grow resistant to them or something, then I'm gonna go on birth control pills. And my younger siblings heard me and they were both like And my little brother was so shocked. Poor kid. He doesn't believe that birth control pills can treat acne, even though I'm explaining to him about hormones and all that.
Okay, funny story. My mom was talking to me and my big brother in private about a marriage-related issue. Rishtas and all that.
And my baby brother, who's 4, was also there. My other brother (he's 11) was curious as to what we were talking about, so he asked my baby brother. And the kid goes like "Mama [Timbit] se bol raheen thi ke jab uss ki university khatam ho jayi gi tau hum uss ki shaadi kara dein ge." Translated: Mom was telling Timbit that when she's done with university, we're going to get her married ('cept he says nooniversity).
And we were all like: Whoa, he fully understood what we were talking about!
My mom was laughing about how he can spy for us now.
Then my brother asks him what Mom was saying to my big bro. And he goes "I dunno. Shaaid ye ke woh [Timbit] se shaadi kar le." Translated: I dunno. Maybe that he should marry Timbit. Obviously, he didn't understand that much of the conversation.
