A friend of mine taught in China for a summer and loved the experience. She ended up traveling to Malaysia and lots of other cool place. She went with a group and they taught children of diplomats etc, as opposed to regular public schools there.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
duas, sona.
My husband always tells me to give the kids tylenol and check an hour later... if the temp isn't really going down he tells me to give motrin in between the tylenol dosage, because motrin is much better at fighting fever.... check it out with your pediatrician, some info to file away whenever one of them spikes a fever and it takes some time for the pediatrician to get back to you.
Also, this is not in anyway a reflection of you.... febrile seizures are pretty common. They are pretty harmless and usually do not cause any lasting damage at all. And you did exactly the right thing by getting help fast.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
Sona, don't worry inshallah everything will be fine. My sister used to have these seizures when she was little and none of the doctors in Pakistan could diagnose her with anything so my parents brought her to the US for testing and determined she wasn't allergic to anything and there was nothing wrong with her. She was prone to getting boils a lot when she was little (heat of Karachi did not help) and for some reason sometimes they would cause her a fever and trigger seizures. I remember my mom crying and panicking and my dad and his friends who were there at the time rushing them all to the hospital. My sister today is a normal healthy 18 year old mashallah, the seizures stopped after (like you said) age 5 or 6 alhamdulillah. I will keep your daughter in my duas inshallah
