The bbq yesterday was great and so was the baby shower. My outfit was appropriate for both - a little dressy for the bbq, but a little under dressed for the shower. Hahaha . Anyway, I found a picture of myself a couple of weeks ago. Its four years old. Anyway, I put the picture on my dressing table as motivation. I need motivation to be healthier. And I know being healthier will iA, make me happier. Please make duaa that I am successful in this endeavor, iA.

Went to the doc today. Seems my sore throat and laryngitis are caused by nasal and ear drip, not strep (alhamdulillah). But doc thinks I have a sinus infection on top of my allergies, and the combination of the two are messing with my ears big time. I get really bad dizzy spells, have ringing in my ear loss of hearing and so forth. So, if I don't get better in 2 weeks or so after using nasal spray, claritin, and antibiotics, he's gunna send me to a specialist.  I hope I get better. chotoomotoo =
