Oh . Maybe its just all the posts I've read and I wasn't necessarily talking about fph. I hope you're feeling better
I think I'm more sensitive to and annoyed by complaining because for the first time in my life I've been interacting more with people who have amazingly difficult circumstances and its definitely been an eye opener.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
Hey yall. I have decided to join weight watchers again. My best friend is doing it, so I figured, why not. Of course, he doesn't think I will stick with it. (if history is anything to go by, he is right) I think I can do it for real this time. I have him as my inspiration.

If you stick to it, does it actually work? I know someone who has been wanting to get it but says she can't afford it right now so I was thinking of getting it for her as a surprise (that's not an odd gift is it?)
p.s. ok i'm out. If anyone sees me on islamica in the next 3 hours please smack me . I need to get a lot of homework done before hubby arrives. thanks in advance

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
it does work if you stick with it. I lost 10 lbs my first month when I did it before. I just got lazy. I think getting it as a gift is nice, especially if the person wants it.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
i like weight watchers english toffee crunch ice cream bars.
i know, sort of defeats the whole purpose of their being called "Weight Watchers." but they're fairly small, so each bar only has 6 grams of fat and about 100 calories. and they're still yummy enough to be satisfying.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
I like how weight watchers brand foods aren't tasteless, but sometimes I wonder if its really diet food. I mean, the chocolate ice cream mousse things are amazing.

Which version - 1995 or 2005? 2005 is blah, but 1995 is .

Her name is Safiyah Maryam, and she weighed in at 7lb 2oz. Labour and birth were hard physical work - now I know why it's called labour! My grandma's flight from Bangladesh had just landed on Sunday evening (the 8th) and she drove down to see me straight away, not wanting to waste any time as I was due on the 17th. Within an hour of her arrival my waters broke - so if my grandma had waited she would have missed the birth. Amazing how Allah plans. Safiyah's so lucky to have so many people around who love her so much - 2 sets of grandparents, a great-grandma and great-great-grandma (yes!) and innumerable aunties and uncles - they all dote on her - and all I can think is how good Allah has been to me to grant me all these things which I'm sure I don't deserve half of. Alhamdulillah from the bottom of my heart
