Speaking of teeth, my sister had a root canal yesterday because our previous dentist is an idiot and didn't catch the problem when it was still a tiny cavity. My husband went to the dentist last month and came back knowing he had SEVEN cavities and a cracked tooth. Poor guy...he brushes like 3 times a day but even then

Her name is Safiyah Maryam, and she weighed in at 7lb 2oz. Labour and birth were hard physical work - now I know why it's called labour! err.. yea my posts yesterday were uber-complainy because I was sick and had nothing to do but procrastinate on islamica. Did I do it again today?

. Maybe its just all the posts I've read and I wasn't necessarily talking about fph. I hope you're feeling better

I think I'm more sensitive to and annoyed by complaining because for the first time in my life I've been interacting more with people who have amazingly difficult circumstances and its definitely been an eye opener.

I've noticed my online personality is really whiny compared to "real life." I'm not sure how that developed, maybe the degree of anonymity has something to do with that

...I also have a feeling sometimes I say some things that might come across as complaining when they're really not, it's hard to tell someone's tone over the internet. I guess I should start a blog or something to channel that elsewhere and work on how i word things

Hey yall. I have decided to join weight watchers again. My best friend is doing it, so I figured, why not. Of course, he doesn't think I will stick with it. (if history is anything to go by, he is right) I think I can do it for real this time. I have him as my inspiration.

it does work if you stick with it. I lost 10 lbs my first month when I did it before. I just got lazy. I think getting it as a gift is nice, especially if the person wants it.

my cousin is on weight watchers. he was a really, really big guy. hes lost like 40lbs or something now.

i like weight watchers english toffee crunch ice cream bars.

i know, sort of defeats the whole purpose of their being called "Weight Watchers." but they're fairly small, so each bar only has 6 grams of fat and about 100 calories. and they're still yummy enough to be satisfying.

I like how weight watchers brand foods aren't tasteless, but sometimes I wonder if its really diet food. I mean, the chocolate ice cream mousse things are amazing.
