Yeah I teach an evening class and it's hard. I break my fast during lecture with water, but it's not like I can start eating while lecturing! I usually leave that class with a headache.

Try 8:00 A.M. Works for me. I'm a morning person.

no the weather here is wet and damp. not dry. But i guess it's from using all the topicals meds and stuff. "benzoyl" and "salycic(sp)". at the same time. oh and using a sulfur spot treatment. >.< And yes Proactive's refining mask rocks socks, it was the only part of the "proactive system" that worked for me. =]
What are you all wearing for EID?! I need a new outfit, any good websites?

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
Man, my jilbab for this eid is huge like last eid's. My mom said she can't make it any more smaller or tighter. Man I'm going to be uncomfortable the entire day.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
Try being at work at 8:30 every day.
But Alhamdulillah, we have the opportunity to go to school and work for an honest living. And Alhamdulillah, my job is a good learning experience, which pays well too. Plus, I get to sit and surf Islamica 'cause there's nothing to do sometimes.
Zakk: Congratulations!
That's what I thought when I read your posts in Fooz's thread!

Seriously
on wednesday i have class from 6:50-8:10PM....so being that i was starving! but to chicken to bring A real meal...i grabbed a banana and a piece of cake to hold me over till the end of class....
While i was eating my cake the professor stops his lecture (mind you there are easily like 100 people in the class) and says in front of everybody:
"ooh cake...I've always liked cake , when i see cake i like to eat some"
me: *dies from embarssement*..uhhh...
Professor : " would you share your cake with me?"
Me: uhh....*nervous half-laugh*
*entire class laughs*
*professor goes back to teaching*
* mental note to self: NEVER BRING CAKE AGAIN! *

But not too big. No 17lb monsters for you, just aim for 7-8 lbs
No new outfits for Eid this year for me. I do have a pretty scarf to wear though, it's almost new (worn it once).
