what does he wear to work? get him a nice button up with cuff links
i got a guy an engraved pool cue in his favourite colour because he LOVES pool...
an ipod with armband if he works out
theres tons of things  just focus on what his hobbies are and it should be easy

i had to go and open my big fat mouth! 
i asked my boss to help me get over my fear of public speaking.. he goes suuure! no problem! and then went and assigned me to prepare an argument for tomorrow's motion to dismiss the conspiracy charges...  i have to present it to the office tomorrow, and then we'll go to the court and see him argue it in real life..
oh and OH MY GOD... i met one of the defendants in passing today. they're all little kids! its shocking, really... and very sad. he made eye contact with me and smiled.. it was such a sad smile and it broke my heart. 
oh and i also met the DA... it upsets me that career DAs have no problems or hesitation in throwing around such heavy charges when they know its completely unjust and carry such long sentences (25 years +).. all they care about is how many cases they've won for the "people".. or what is the highest sentence they got for a defendant... |

My dad hates DA's (or as they were called in my town Prosecuting Attourneys). He used another P word profession to describe them.
My dad is weird.

This whole issue is really making me depressed. How come bad people can be as cruel as they want, and nothing happens to them Whenever I think about it, or any of the other aweful things that are happening to people I love these days, I just start crying.

i found out something that happaned to one of my friends last night cuz they woudlnt tell me before and i was up till 3:30 listening to them tell me about it online and i nearly cried. it made me sad to think that this could happen to someone i know so so well. sigh.
