not really..it makes menstruation irregular but doesn't stop you from bleeding.

i read 1/3 of cases women's periods stop altogether. with the implant. I don't know stats about the injection.

true that. i heard so many scary stories about heavy bleeding and cramping when they first put it in.
why's birth control have to be such a drag.

Assalamu alaykum
IUDs are pretty scary. Effective, though. And a 10 year life span sounds great to me. I know of someone who had one inserted though she hadnt had children. Her heart beat went really low during insertion and had the heavy bleeding that you mentioned.

i took the depropovera (spelling?) shot and it was horrible. i had non stop bleeding for like a month and a half and it caused major acne. i only got it once, and never again.

ditto- also had major hot flashes which killed me during class

Im so bored and feeling trapped. I want something exciting to happen in my life. Good, positive exciting. *sigh*
My sister is thinking of going to Pakistan end of July. My class will be ending around that time, maybe I should tag along for a couple of weeks before fall semester starts. I miss my family over there and I do like visiting Karachi, maybe this time I can convince my dada to take us to the north to Swat or Murree again. Plus I definitely need a change of scenery.
